1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wij2", "we", "us", "our" refers to the wij2 platform, accessible at wij2.io, and the entity operating the platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the wij2 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the wij2 website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, payment systems, and all associated services available at wij2.io.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player on the wij2 platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the wij2 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free bets, free spins, or promotional amounts awarded by wij2 to a player's account.
• "Real Funds" refers to BDT deposited directly by a player from their personal payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer).
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before processing withdrawals.

1.2 References to a "section" or "clause" are to the relevant numbered section of these Terms & Conditions. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The wij2 platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. wij2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the wij2 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, an alternative email address, or a different mobile number — constitutes a breach of these terms. wij2 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your wij2 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the wij2 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wij2 operates as a safe and reliable platform; however, we do not represent that use of the platform is legal in every jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify wij2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. wij2 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wij2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated by wij2 from time to time.

3.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification (see clause 3.5). Processing times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high transaction volume. wij2 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile financial service operator, or banking institution.

3.5 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, wij2 will require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. wij2 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.6 Chargebacks Prohibited. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your wij2 account. Any chargeback request will be treated as a breach of these terms, will result in the immediate suspension of your account, and may result in legal action to recover funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers issued by wij2 are subject to separate terms and conditions specific to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and validity periods. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the relevant promotion) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

4.3 One Bonus per Promotion. Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion more than once — including by using a duplicate account — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and possible account suspension.

4.4 Withdrawal of Real Funds Before Wagering Completion. If you request a withdrawal of Real Funds while Bonus Funds are active in your account and wagering requirements have not been fully met, wij2 reserves the right to remove the applicable Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them before processing the withdrawal.

4.5 Promotional Changes. wij2 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect wagers that have already been placed and settled prior to the change taking effect.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Providers. Casino games available on the wij2 platform are supplied by independent third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules applicable to each game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within each game interface. wij2 is not responsible for any malfunction or interruption of a game that originates from the provider's systems.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the wij2 platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, table, or betting option. wij2 reserves the right to adjust betting limits without prior notice.

5.3 Voids and Cancellations. wij2 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, game malfunction, data feed failure, or where the integrity of the result is in question. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to your account balance. No further compensation is payable.

5.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as published by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, NBA for basketball). In the event of a dispute between the data feed and the official result, the official result will prevail. Settlement of in-play bets is based on the score at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time of placement.

5.5 Palpable Errors. In the event that odds or game outcomes are published or settled due to a manifest error (including typographical or pricing errors), wij2 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the relevant bets at the correct price. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts suspended.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 wij2 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We offer a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

6.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the wij2 platform for a defined period or permanently, you may activate self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Once self-exclusion is activated, wij2 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests may not be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

6.3 Underage Play Prevention. wij2 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by persons under the age of 21. If you are aware that a minor is accessing the platform using your account or device, you must notify us immediately and take steps to prevent further access. wij2 may implement additional age verification checks at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wij2 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to generate outcomes that would not occur under normal game operation.
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wij2 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other service to misrepresent your geographic location.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the wij2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of wij2 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, or create derivative works from any wij2 content without express written permission.

8.2 Game content (including game graphics, audio, and mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to wij2 for display on the platform. Third-party trademarks and proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 wij2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 wij2 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, or as required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 wij2 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wij2's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 wij2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if wij2 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 wij2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the updated terms.

11.2 Your continued use of the wij2 platform following notification of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Language and Contact

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language for all legal interpretations. In the event of any translation or discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
